Are you receiving your Asda online grocery refunds?

This is really starting to annoy me!!! When you return an item to the delivery driver, you expect a refund right? Well it doesn't seem to be happening automatically...
It's not every single time, but sometimes you receive a really stupid sub, or just something you don't like, instead of what you ordered, so you hand the item back to be refunded. A few days later you think to yourself, I never had that refund notification, so you ring customer services, and speak to an Asian based call centre operator, who can't do anything but apologise, and tell you that the order status hasn't been updated, but don't worry we'll keep an eye on it, and send you an email as soon as the refund has been processed. A few days later, still no email, so another call and guess what - the order status still hasn't been updated! This goes on for ages, and keeps happening again with other orders, it's so frustrating! Is it just me, or is this happening to others? I've wondered whether to register a new account under a different email to see if it'll make any difference, but just thought I'd check first if it's just me..?
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

    I make sure the driver scans the items that I return, that way you know the refund will be done.

    Wouldn't think creating a new account would work, are you using Asda because it's cheap ?

    I'd consider using another supermarket.
