to get companies to take incorrect info off your credit file?
Just got my report for free through topcashback and HSBC are saying that for the past 2 months I haven't paid my loan (I think) the last 2 months have circles with 1's in them rather than 0's and I have always paid this - it has never been late ever in the entire 4 years and 9 months I have been paying it!
This is the last thing I need - my credit is already bloody shot!

I think you need to write to them but check that it is saying late payent as credit scoring cos seem to use different symbols & it can be confusing!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

It's when number 3's appear you should worry. A zero or a 1 is fine
