Has anyone had a baby lotion trial?

Im at a bit o a loss, i trialled a baby lotion last month and with all the information it stated i would be paid £38 for trying it, the lotion arrived followed by a survey after 4 weeks, I haven't had any money and can't find the letter to say which company it was from, i thought it was ipsos but they say its not theirs.
Did anyone else do this and can shed any light as to who sent it?

Was about 3-4 weeks ago I filled in the survey after trialing the product I received payment at the beginning of this week.0
