I am totally new to this site, but have been trying to claim back insurance cover on a loan following Martin's advice - however they are quoting 'rule of 78' and have refused to refund me. Can they do this? I need advice!!!! Can anyone help? Also have said they are unable to recaluate the loan without insurance.
