ih all
im plucking up courage to send letters reclaiming ppi from yorkshire bank. firstly i had a yb visa, who do i send the letter to, y.bank or customer services. reason i ask is to cancel direct debits my local y.bank wouldn't have any thing to do with it and i had to contact customer services by phone. secondly i have a loan with y.bank that should be paid off in dec 08 (told that because it was a large amount, £13000 i had to take out ppi even though my employer covered sickness and redunancy, i work for the NHS this took my loan up to over £16000) im scared because wasn't it y.bank that first took a bank charges claimer to court. it's the last thing i need at the moment because i have just lost my hubby to cancer and trying to get my finances in order so im a bit delicate.icon9.gif
