How and where?

Good afternoon.

My partner has been inundated with letters from severa companies (Aspire Loans, Barclaycard, Amigo etc.) with regards to a loan application that was apparently made in her name.

I similarly have received a few cold calls on my mobile asking for her in relation to this.

She has no interest in and hasn’t applied for any such products and it is becoming a cause for concern.

I have previous bad credit history but she is very careful with her money and doesn’t give out personal information willy nilly.

I know how these companies work with regards to obtaining your information and bombarding you in an attempt to get you to take a loan but the issue here is, not only have they somehow got details without our permission, they have mixed it up so that it seems to have both info from her and myself mixed together.

Does anyone have an idea of how they could have possibly integrated the two of us into one “person” and
