Sky discount codes - existing customer.

Hi

Are there any discount codes for existing Sky customers?

We have been with Sky for 7 years now, still have the original Grundig black metal box.

We are looking to upgrade to Multiroom possibly with a Sky+ box.

I also hoped I could talk them into replacing our original box for free as it has been freezing a lot this past year.

We do have repair plan but dont want to use it to replace box until it has totaly gone kaput!

Just been in 2 weeks of negotiations with Sky and they are coming to fit Sky+ on Tuesday for free........Cancelled, then waited 2 weeks and rang them up to discuss a mailshot from marketing.Offering me a recon box for £49, but the guy on the phone when i cancelled said they give recon boxes free, but dont have any. Spoke to supevisor and hey presto
