Help with rundles

Hi. I need help and advice with rundles. I have been paying £300 for the last two months. My circumstances have changed so I phoned rundles to make a new arrangement as I now can only afford £100. I was told by a young lady that I can not change the arrangement and refused to accept the new offer.she said if I didn't pay in December the 300 then an agent will be sent which will incur a fee.

Never phone a bailiff, what does the office girl know ?
Put it in writing to them, then just pay it.
Don’t listen to what they may say to you, If the bailiff is unwilling to agree a reasonable repayment plan do not allow yourself to be bullied. Tell them that you will simply have to pay the money back directly to the organisation you owe it to.
They always want payment ASAP, there not bothered about your circumstances so don’t go looking for approval from them.

That's not bad but the fee they quote for an N245 is wrong.
