Digital Kids Event City 18th-20th November, refunds.

Hi all, we attended the DigitalKids event at Event City in Manchester this past weekend and to say we were disappointed would be a massive understatement but, all criticisms of the show and organisers aside, we want to know how or even if a refund for the massively overpriced tickets would be something we could press our credit card company for as the event didn't even come close to the expectations raised by their marketing?

We've tried to get a refund from the organisers only to be met with rude emails, sneering comments and a total lack of customer service skills and I've just had an email that basically says they won't be refunding anything, they're also deleting any negative comments about the event where possible on social media.

We feel very ripped off.
