Unknown CCJ Help Needed Please

Hi,
I received a N55 form recently, for a CCJ I didn't know existed! I need to fill in this form, but as am a SAHM I don't work, so not sure how to fill it in. My husband works full time, and I stay at home with the kids.
Also, I'm not sure I should have recived the CCJ, as I have kept all the paperwork from the original debt, and my last payment was on 27th June 2008, and the CCJ was lodged on 7th May 2014 (as have since created an account and checked with Noddle), so not sure how to go about dealing with this at all.
Any help and advice would be welcome.
Thanks.

Then you are technically unemployed, so you tick the unemployed box in sec 3.
Just fill in the other parts of the form that are relevant to you.
From the dates you gave us, it appears that legal action was taken within the six year time limit allowed, so you cant challenge it on those grounds.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Ok, thanks for that. The courts will obviously see how much my husband earns, but we don't have a joint account, so will they expect me to make payments based on his income? He has offered to take out a loan to pay it all off for me, but not sure if this is the best thing to do. What do you suggest?0 -
Another thing - my husband pays an amount into my bank each month so that all the expenses come out of my account, as I'm at home and have more time to pay the expenses, how does this need to be put into the form? It will look like I'm getting a lot, but I'm also paying the bills! Thanks.0

If the debt is just in your name, no one else can be held liable for it.
His income is of no concern to anyone else.
They will see you are unemployed, and so wont be able to grant an attachment of earnings order, that's all this form is concerned with, the creditor may simply drop the matter if you have no income.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
