Terms and conditions
The prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland, subject to entrants under the age of 18 having the consent of their parent or guardian to enter the prize draw, except employees of the Specsavers’ Group, Alton Towers employees, Hallmark Hotels employees or any third party associates and members of their families, who are not eligible to enter this prize draw. Enter online at specsavers.co.uk/prizes. The prize draw will run from 9th October 2017 (the ‘Opening Date’) to 31st March 2018 (the ‘Closing Date’) inclusive. All entries must be received no later than midnight on the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted. The draw will take place on 14 August 2018. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received. Specsavers accepts no responsibility for entries that are late or for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault. Confirmation of email transmission is not proof of entry. The winner will be notified as soon as is practicable by telephone after the draw has taken place. If any winner is under the age of 18, Specsavers will contact the winner’s parent/guardian by telephone to confirm that they consent to the winner entering the prize draw and agree to accept the prize on the winner’s behalf, subject to these terms. If the prize-winner or their parent/ guardian cannot be contacted after three attempts to do so, and/or the parent/guardian refuses or fails to agree to accept the prize on the winner’s behalf subject to these terms, or the winner is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or the rules of entry for the draw, Specsavers reserves the right to reallocate the prize. Prize is valid from April 1st 2018 to the 31st October 2018 subject to availability. Travel is not included. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is subject to availability and Hallmark Hotels Derby Midland and Alton Towers own terms and conditions. Only one entry per household.
