    Hi guys

Hope all is well. There were no customers at the hotel today so we had a big clean out and i found 9p in coppers so i had them:D not in sealed pot as thats just for silver and £1 coins.

Ive just joined another cashback site www.moneybackmadness.co.uk if anyone is interested. Been doing a few free clicks etc;)

Havent got any further on the stamp yet, as havent gone to town yet. But i couldnt get to sleep thinking about how cool it would be if its worth alot.:rotfl:

  • Is there not a site somewhere on the web that could give you a rough idea of what the stamp could be worth?

I tried googling stamp valuations yesterday but not not just german stamps no i will give it a go! ;)

I found out it may be worth something years ago when i was checking the prices of my stamps with the offical pricing books but then i was only young and forgot all about it until my grandad mentioned it.

now i can only get up 23 pages!:rotfl:

I suppose theres some that have german in title and some that are just put in the german catorgries. If i could just get its name i could find it easy.

Thing is the stamp thats worth the money is green with a white number think it was 500 on it then it has to have a stamp number stamped on it saying 800. The problem is my stamp is green and has 800 stamped on it but they've stamped it right over the number underneath so you can only see a small bit of the number which looks like 500.All my family agreed at the time i first found out about it that it was 500. Later on or 2morrow i will scan it again onto computer see what you guys think it is, but i doubt you will see much as you have to look very close up.:D
