Nationwide mortgage application

I've done an application with nationwide and requested the honebuyers survey. I've had a message saying that valuation appointment will be on the 4th December. Is this the homebuyers survey too or just a valuation. Does this also mean I've passed all the checks from my documents I have sent.

No, Nationwide instructs valuation/survey on day one, so there is no "accepted subject to valuation" milestone.I am a mortgage broker.
