Unfair appraisal

So I had a 6 monthly appraisal with my manager last week, nothing had been flagged to me as being an issue with my performance over this time so to my great surprise the opening gambit from my manager was that a member of my staff had thought I had laughed inappropriately during a conversation with them.
Being as this was a total shock I asked whom the person was and what the alleged situation had been but was only told that the comment had been made anonymously. I was then asked if this behaviour had been fed back to me in the past to which I genuinely replied no.
As this had never been raised to myself before as an issue I expected this to be just some helpful feedback, however at the end of the appraisal after going through my other performance metrics I then read my manager's summary of my previous 6 months performance which was that I had not treated other staff with respect (relating to this anonymous allegation).
This I found extremely unfair given that:-
1. Over the last 6 months I had never had my behaviour raised as a concern
2. I was not given the opportunity to defend myself as I was not even given details of this alleged incident
3. This item was used as a reflective representative of my past 6 months performance.
What recourse do I have on the above please?
