After some advice please
I work for a large company with over 500 depots and in each depot the manager has the autonomy to do with their depot pretty much what they want in regard to hiring and firing . I moved to the depot I am at about 8 months ago after being at a previous depot for 3 years and another one for 4 years before that and every has been fine i have achieved everything expected of me. October is our busiest month and it is expected that sometimes you may have to work late for the "needs of the business" and I have worked out that I did 16 hours of unpaid work. Yesterday my manager took me to one side where he informed me that everyone would be getting a days leave as a thank you except for me as he said I had worked roughly 6 hours over where as other members of staff had done more (one of the lads did 60hrs more unpaid work , all the staff there have been doing this for years) . He said he was doing this as some of the staff members would be upset if I got a day off aswell and he didn't think it right for me to have it.(i asked all the staff later on and they all say they have not said anything of then sort to him but then again maybe they didn't want to say wether they did or not)
he then said also that next year anyone who does not work hours to the "needs of the business" would not receive the full bonus for that month and he said that he has the power to do that .
The way I feel is that either the other members of staff are not being truthful with me and they have raised this with him or he has decided to try and set a precedent for next year. I have felt awful today at work wondering if all my colleagues have been talking about me or wondering if this manager has got it in for me and he is just trying to bully me into doing unpaid overtime.
Anyone have any advice be much appreciated
Many thanks

Doesn't sound like bullying to me.
But bonuses tend to be discretionary, as is the the day's leave so it probably is up to him how it's applied unless there's anything contractual anywhere. Have you discussed with him the disparity between what you think you've done and what he thinks you've done?
To be honest, anyone agreeing to do 60 hours of unpaid overtime in a month needs their head examined if all you're getting is 8 hours leave in return. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
No bullying and even if there was, its not against the law.0
