Roboform and Mozilla

Hello

I've had Roboform for years and previously all four of my contacts appeared in the drop down menu, not it's only two. I contacted Roboform and they said I should have the menu bar at the bottom of the screen appear and use that instead as they have now changed it to just two names appearing on the drop down menu.

I have clicked the option for the bottom toolbar and it appears, but if I open a new page, as you do for comping, it disappears again and only appears if you click on the drop down.:(

I find this really annoying. I was happy with four names appearing on the drop down. If it ain't broke, why fix it, or, in this case beat it so it doesn't work properly.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks.

    In the latest version of Firefox (57) and Roboform (8.4.3.4);

To show the lower Roboform toolbar:
Tools > Addons > Extensions > Roboform Password Manager Options > Show lower Roboform toolbar (May need to scroll down to find it)

    To show 4 Identity Buttons:
Click the 'Roboform' button on the Roboform toolbar > Options > Toolbar > Change Number of My Identity Buttons to 4

It doen't appear to be possible to get more than 2 listed in the drop-down menus.

Thanks Painkiller. I have all that clicked. If I am on say Marie Claire doing one comp that is fine. I close that page down and open another one and the bottom toolbar disappears but everything is clicked. The only way to get the bottom toolbar to appear is if I click on the drop down menu.

    Hope this makes sense.

For a top roboform toolbar, you need to be on version 56 or earlier of firefox and version 8.3.5 or earlier version of roboform and disable updates for both the browser and the addon.

Tools (or the Open Menu button) > Options > Scroll down to Firefox updates > Click 'Never check for updates' & possibly untick 'Use a background service to install updates'

Version 56.0.2 of Firefox can be downloaded here
Version 8.3.5 of Roboform can be downloaded here
Version 7.9.1 of Roboform can be downloaded here

Yes completely different. Firefox has been very slow lately and I had an update a couple of days ago and it has improved it massively. As you say, I expect what I am running is not compatible. Will give it a go later - off out to see Justice League :):):rotfl:Thank you
