One query - does NEST having this forum on MSE mean MSErecommend / support NEST? If so I would be concerned about MSE.

I am very unclear on the commercial relationships between MSE and Nest, PensionBee, etc to enable them to post. I think this could be clearer in the top post (such as a clear statement to say there is no relationship or there is in which case describing the terms).

I have dealings with some new businesses but am appalled by the quality of service, adaptability, speed of response of NEST. I for one will be keeping a wide berth if they cannot respond to issues faster than they do on here.

I doubt there is any 'relationship' at all.

MSE allow commercial outfits to post on the forum if they ask for permission. The PensionBee and NEST 'help' threads are merely, as far as I can see, simply a version of this approach.

If MSE were getting anything out of it I think you'd see a bit more pushiness from MSE. And this NEST thread speaks volumes, so far, about NEST's failings, so it's scarcely credible it's being done as a promotion!! It's actually working very well as a disincentive at present - it's certainly stopped my transfer plan in its tracks!

Why not just accept it at face value and stop over-worrying/analysing? This is a thread to get info out of NEST - that's all. And no, it's not actually working - but it might, one day!

    Okay, a real question folks.

My employer contributions are missing for December. I have spoken to my company HR rep and they have said the payment is still pending 'due to technical issues that NEST are currently experiencing' and blame Nest.

I've spoken to Nest on my online account and they advise 'there is no issues as such in regards to payments'.

Payslip was dated 30th November but nothing has appeared in my Nest account since. So my question to Nest is which one is at fault?

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. As this is a query about your member account, it is not possible to address this on this forum, and I recommend you get in touch by phone or web chat: http://www.nestpensions.org.uk/schemeweb/nest/resources/get-in-touch-with-nest.html

    Official Company Representative
I am the official representative of NEST. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com"

Is this also affecting your colleagues? It might be worth asking your HR or Payroll department for more information about the issue they are having with making the contributions to NEST.

Another delayed payment. This is also affecting colleagues.

Payroll are blaming nest. Supposedly the company have submitted the schedule on time and they assure me the issue is with Nest. I did try an online chat with Nest but they couldn't really help me other than saying they can't see any contributions, useful.

I've setup my own SIPP now with a different provider so any additional funds are going elsewhere as I don't really like the basic Nest interface and fed up of issues with Nest/Payroll also.

Does anyone know if I can move my contributions that are with Nest to another sipp provider periodically while keeping my employee/employer minimum contributions coming in?
