Salary Sacrifice - how low can you go ?

Anyone know how we should consider holidays in this calculation?
If I do 52 Weeks x 5 days then figure is £14,625. If I take off 8 paid bank holidays then figure becomes £14,175. If I then take off 28 paid holidays then figure becomes £12,824.
Q1) which figure should I use?
Q2) Do I need to change salary sacrifice amount each month depending on what holidays I take? I. E if I am off for 2 weeks in one month then I can sacrifice more as have only worked 2 weeks
Note- currently I am using the £14,625 figure but want to know if I can go lower?
Any advice much appreciated0 -
The clue is in the name - paid holidays. You are entitled to pay and that pay can't be below minimum wage.Anyone know how we should consider holidays in this calculation?

Ok. Clear now . So your bog standard eee who works 9-5 basically can't go below the £14,625. Thanks for clarifying!0
