I think it depends on whats needed. Personally i needed reduced hours and set working days. My manager emailed my area manager with the Occ health report and the same day she rang me and gave me my set days. So from being in contact with occ health it only took a few days. However if you need equipment etc then i can see why that may take a bit longer to put into place.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. So do you know where in the process it is at? Approval by someone? Is it a budget issue? You need to know where the hold up is and press the person who needs to put their signature/push the button to make it happen.0
