I’ve had a similar situation, managers only see what they want to see.
Face fit maybe? Who knows
Others are sometimes quick to steal your thunder, and make themselves look like golden balls in front of the chiefs.
You might be better off going it alone. Sometimes these omens come to deliver you to a better place.
I’m yet to see how or where my omens are planning.
