Precise mortgage application 2017

Hi newbie here ...

first time buyer and just submitted my application to precise mortgages... my partner has pretty poor credit but mine isnt too bad .. never known anything as nerve racking in my entire life i cant even sleep haha ! anyone else going through a precise mortgage appliation at the minute to help keep me sane ?

You will need to be patient here.

Poor credit = a complex case = more manual work for the lender.

With a following wind, Precise will take 5 working days to look at a case, and 5 more every time something new comes in.

Waiting for a response does not mean your case is a problem, it means your case is in the queue.

Did you look at high street lender first ? You would be surprised how flexible that can be .
