HP Agreement Enforcable?

Hi

I'm sure this question has been asked a million times over but cannot seem to find it at the moment so I'm asking again - sorry!!!

I have received a copy of my CCA for car finance (signed by me in 2003) and it is not signed by the HP company and cannot ever remember receiving a signed copy neither (only ever got the fax copy at the car dealership and it is a faxed copy of the fax copy that I have just received from the HP company if that makes sense?).

If it is not signed by them, surely this means that they have never actually accepted it?

I might be "barking up the wrong tree" but that's the way I understand it, could anyone confirm or otherwise please?

the agreement appears to be improperly executed and may not be enforceable without the court's permission; get legal advice.

I too had this problem. - with Welcome Finance. I have looked all over and they have not signed or dated the agreement.
