Holiday pay when leaving mid-year

Started job in July, leaving last day of November (five full months). Holiday year runs January to December.
Statutory entitlement to holiday is 28 days. Employer gives 25 days plus bank holidays, which is better, if you are there all year.
In this case, my employer is giving me 10 days plus the one bank holiday in August. However, I'm entitled to 11.67 days statutory. Can I all my employer to pay the extra money when I leave as their contact is effectively worse than statutory leave?
