I have it on an LP and also on video both of which I am sure would be available on digital format.

To start with keep in mind that I'm old and I have been around for a while so I have collected a few things over the years

The video is on a collection from Music Club called Seventies Rock & Pop and Shocking Blue are on the 1970 tape.
Similarly the track is on a 70s compilation LP but that is in the attic and I can't remember the exact title or record label.

Both were bought when they first came out, I'm sure if I put some effort into it, I could upload the video to my PC and convert it to a modern useable format.
