No refund despite numerous calls and emails!
Looks as though they are scamming a lot of people...

I've had problems too with the online pound store. Placed order, payment taken, nothing arrived. Phoned and emailed numerous times, never answer phone or reply to emails.

I am hoping that trading standards will do something about it. Thankfully it isn't for a great deal of money. I just hate the thought of people getting ripped off before Christmas.
