Boots.com help please

I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong place to post this but I wonder if anyone can advise me please.

I placed an order on Boots.com using the code which gives you an extra 800 points for spending £60, I purchased 3 items on the 3 for 2 offer spending a little over the £60 required. The problem is one of those items needs to be returned (now discovered it is a duplicate present).

What would happen in this instance? Will they refund me? If this is the case will they deduct the 800 points I earnt for spending £60? Will this effect the other two items I bought?
:beer:MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS:beer:

  • I shop on boots.com ALOT :o and in my experience they don't remove the points from the card when you return something, so you'll be able to retain your 800 points even if you send back your item. Hope this helps!
I might be broke but happy but I'd happily not be broke!

They might remove the points if you havent added them to your card yet, once they are added via the instore machine they wont take them off , i was told this much my a call centre opp when i was in the same situation.

Three options, return it to Boots.com, sell it on Ebay or return it to a Boots store.
