Sorry if this is a silly question.
I want to make a few lasagna's and I don't know if I am supposed to cook them first before freezing or do I just freeze the raw ingredients OR do I partially cook them? Also, how long can they be kept in a freezer for?
Thanks x

Cook first, cool and then freeze them.
As for how long.... quite a while. Depends on how many 'stars' your freezer has.0 -
Yep, cook, cool, package and freeze (don't eat BEFORE it gets to freezer:o )
One thing on reheating though, keep it covered. I often add a wee bit of milk over the top just to help it stay moist. Nothing worse than dry lasagne and the pasta sheets have a tendency to scoff all the moisture on freezing.Grocery Challenge M: £450/£425.08 A: £400/£.May -£400/£361 June £380/£230 (pages 18 & 27 explain)0
