iweb sharedealing drops complex investments.

Allegedly due to regulatory requirements starting in January 2018, iweb (and presumably Halifax share dealing HSDL) are dropping certain ETF's from December.

Noting mentioned on its website, which products or any sign of MiFID II. Suspect more ETFs will start to be redeemed.

Rather than emailing with a months notice, HSDL find it acceptable to post notice a few days into the period via royal mail.

Can you post the notice letter?

If not, can you clarify whether these "regulatory requirements" are related to the ring fencing of retail banking or something else that will affect others like Youinvest, Hargreaves Lansdown who do not offer traditional banking services.
