I saw this and was tempted. I don't have any of her books so would you say it's worth a read? I'm not massively fond of cookbooks in the Kindle form (I like full-colour pictures) but if there are some good recipes I'll give it a go0

Callie There are beautiful pictures in the kindle version, I adore Middle Eastern Flavours, so for me it’s a winner (I also have the hard copy) it has more accessible recipes but still using spices and flavours such as Harrisa, Aleppo Pepper, Sumac etc I have all of these, so enjoy finding new ways to use them.
It gives you the chance to browse a few pages before buying to see if it’s for you.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Thanks Islandmaid, 99p duly spent
, I bought my sister Persiana a few years ago and it's a lovely book so this should be good.

Ooh, I have some Kindle credits which need using up and I couldn't decide what to spend them on, so thank you for the recommendation- I'm off up the Amazon now!
(For anyone who has Prime and doesn't already know this, every time you order something but choose not to have it delivered next day, they give you a £1 credit to spend in the kindle store. I split all my orders into individual ones so amass quite a lot of credits during the year .... and more often than not the items arrive within two days anyway).0
