Parking Ticket Offer to Pay

Hi All,
The car park got me parking in a non marked bay area even though it was not marked that I could not pay.
Long story short appealed so fine went from £60 to £100 so decided to ring and pay, person on phone said it was still £60.00 so tried to pay on automated payment and wanted £100.00 so rang them back and they still said it was £60.00 but would look into why it would not accept £60.00.
Rang me back and said sorry its £100.00.
I refused to pay this so if and when it goes to court can I state that I offered to pay what they have asked for on the phone £60.00 but they would not then accept it.
They say their calls are recorded how do I get a copy of the call?
