Problems with Pinecone

Not had any surveys for a while then suddenly yesterday I get a reminder email for a survey I hadnt seen before. I forgot my password as it had been such a while so reset it. By this time the survey had closed. I then get another survey today.Tried to log on and it says my account is locked. I went on the facebook page and there is an alarming number of posts saying their accounts are locked.
Are they in a bad position. I hope not as i know i shouldnt save up credit but i was wanting to use it for christmas.

I managed to sign in this morning to redeem my points with no problem. I know if you put your password in wrong several times your account gets locked temporarily.

Mine was locked a couple of days ago, I managed to log on the next day and redeemed my points. I think it's probably a glitch as it's happened to several people.
