Courier that will insure a TV

I won a TV in a competition but it's not as big or good as the TV we already have and use so I'm going to sell it to help finance Christmas.
The problem I'm having is I cannot find any courier that will insure a TV. They let you add the extra insurance cost but when you read the small print / excluded from compensation list TV's are always excluded.
Does anybody know of any courier that will cover / compensate if they damage televisions in transit, or as I fear, does every courier company have that little faith in their own drivers?

Perhaps you could try and sell it on your local facebay and deliver it yourself.Be Lucky Everyone0

You can try Facebook local selling pages, Shpock (mobile) gumtree or preloved, That way they can collect and pay cash in hand. I have sold 2 tvs i have won this way (same as you won a tv but not better then the one i have or too small) Never had issues. Just be firm on your price and do not take any sob stories or paypal!0

When I sold a tv I did it as collection only as I knew couriers wont easily take one, it still sold easily for the price I wanted.
