Following the news story that Abbey have been fined by the FSA for mishandling endowment complaints does this mean that people who have complained about an Abbey endowment miss-sell in the last 4 years can complain again?

I assume they will be reviewing files in order to comply with FSA requirements but if I was you I would get a letter in PDQ, don't forget to include their reference number. You could try the telephone too with a letter of confirmation.If you don't know what you are talking about keep quiet0
