Right. To the extent that this uncertainty exists at all, would you agree that it is completely irrelevant to the OP's question and that you can now drop this topic entirely?
As the status of the SIPP for US tax treatment is a topic of continued discussion in many places, I'd like to see the UK SIPP providers arguments and filings to the IRS. No when i saw what they wanted i baulked at the price. sad think is IB have now changed my status to professional so they want alot of month for US exchanges as well now for live prices on US stocks and options. will try to persuade them to lower their fees.0
