Employer companies house help!?

I work for a well known gym and on companies hius it's saying they haven't submitted there accounts yet these were due by the 30th of September is this anything to worry about ??

Nothing at all. Companies are often late, and besides which, the paperwork is usually delayed being posted, in my experience anyway. It doesn't mean they are going under. It doesn't mean they aren't either! It means nothing.0

Its really common for companies to miss deadlines for filing things with Companies House.
Usually it just means that the company forgot to do it.
I've just filed a document relating to a share issue for one of my clients that should have been filed in 1999. Thankfully there are no late filing penalties for that particular document!!!!0 -
Failing to submit papers to Companies House isn't the end of the world and as above is fairly common. Its when payday comes and goes without any payment that you need to worry.0
