I that there must have been a glitch the first time I did it, as I could not get the screen to do anything, so I started again and the second time the radio mike worked so I managed to complete it!

Level 3, is that the one with the 3 clocks?
if it is then you will want to click the clock on the RIGHT, then
MIDDLE,
