Oh, Tressessemmemme and Benson & Hedges worked today.0
-
My Heremes has just brought my Thorntons order - very quick delivery, very happy with these - this was for the vouchercodes windfall Wednesday offer .
I really need the £10 Argos voucher though ASAP as I've got an Argos order to collect - our Argos is inside Sainsbobs.
I needed an additional double duvet and a Christmassy duvet cover as we have a housefull for a couple of nights.
so OH said have a look on Argos.
They have very cute duvets with a Penguin parade on them so these were perfect and reduced.
The actual duvets though were quite expensive especially to get the 14.5 togg versions so I ordered one which was £17.99 - my reasoning being that I might find something cheaper but still a good brand over the next week. Anyway the guest bed needs a new duvet.
So I ordered them with payment on collection but the website was very sticky, nothing seemed to be happening.
And then I had about 10 notifications came through :rotfl:
Hopefully the girls at the Argos desk will see straight away its the website gone crackers
Collect from 4 until tommorow evening so I could do with this £10 Argos e voucher from vouchercodes. It said though that it could take 4 days so I might have to buy and then rebuy next week.
In the meantime there is the free Brie on COS which my Sainsbobs might or might not have in stock and the half price clothing sale ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Apparently it had been going on all night, heard it on the local radio, figured it was still worth a go though.
Tried those foot cushions in M&S, the ones that come free when you have the £5 off footwear on Sparks, they could not understand why it was not coming off, showed them the item on the website that also mentions the offer, also told them I know it's coming off online, in the end I waited about 10 minutes and for being so nice and patient they just gave me them as a good will gesture.:D Anyway, fair warning if you want to get them in store, the £5 does not seem to come off automatically. Such a difference to Ts though, no scowl when I was holding up the queue, two managers onto the case, and profuse apologies for taking so long
Oh, and managed to get some jeans at M&S for £12 with my sparks too.
How Marks till systems works is a complete mystery and this is a prime example - foot things working online but not instore.
My £15 beauty voucher would not work online for anything in the 50% sale but the voucher worked instore.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Just double checked, pretty sure I was overtaken by Prince Harry today, he was at The Sovereigns Parade at the RMA Sandhurst and I was overtaken first by a police motorcyclist blowing his whistle followed shortly after by another police motorcyclist, two black police range rovers and another motorcyclist.
So Prince Harry has probably seen me in my Hi Vis gear :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I know and the two I wanted came £719 and they still wanted to charge me £5.95 postage so I've decided not to order them :rotfl:
Darn it, how fab would that have been, I need a present for my aunties 80th they would have been perfect, she's taking us all out for a meal on Tuesday so a Harrods designer handbag would have been a very nice gesture don't you think, hey ho back to the gloves and flowers she was originally getting :rotfl:
This made me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: got to be in it to win it though:DGood morning all....
I'm so delighted that JTS had some positive news following his appointment the other day....well done mate, and I hope this christmas is everything you want for you and your family.
I am too beyond excitement...DS is on his way home from uni...I've been up since 6 putting up the decorations and I literally can't wait!...I have driven OH mad this morning I think.
I happened to be in T the other day and stumbled across 4 of the 9 roll packs of toilet roll....i would have liked more but was very glad to empty the shelf of the last 4...they are now in the boot of DS's car as I dare not bring them in just yet.....I'ts the first time in 5 years that I have ever had a boot stash....I remember in years gone by that it was something that Tiny did quite often.
I'll do a toiletry update now as I'm passing....5 samples in....and 6 full sized used up,2 more wrapped as presents and 2 single use sample body lotions used....so all in all not a bad week.
I'm off for a little read back ....but hope all with the elite is well....
Did I mention that I can't wait for this afternoon.........but I guess before then the ironing beckons!I forgot to say...someone was looking down on us the other evening ...we had the most beautiful display of shooting stars....magical memories x
How nice with the shooting stars, bought a tear to my eyes that did xxxSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0
