That was one of my step-mother's favourite things to get my father to tell me, that I need to lose 10 stone urgently or I would have a heart attack, along with the fact I don't need to wear my glasses all the time :eek::eek:

Needless to say, neither are true, and if I lost 10 stone I would be the weight of a toddler :eek::eek:

I have to say I admire anyone that manages to lose that amount of weight, my son's fianc!e lost a massive amount of weight just through diet and exercise, she looks great these days but it is quite amusing reading the magazine interviews she did for it, the things they said she ate after the diet and the things I know she eats :rotfl::rotfl:

embarrassed to say I fell UP the stairs...........no i wasn't even drunk.....terribly boring i was carrying washing up the stairs ..tripped on a sleeve....couldnt put my arms out in time ....smacked head right into wall......I honestly saw birds tweeting around just like the cartoons:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
