OH & I spent the morning yesterday removing the gas fire and fitting a temporary Electric one ( till we decide about a new fireplace ) and when he was hoovering it out he found my original engagement ring that has been missing for over 25 years. He nearly hoovered it up. Think it may be a sign we have done the right thing moving back in together.
