Morning all - we had a good covering of snow overnight, white over and still snowing this morning - even the compost bins look scenic

I did have the start of a list of things to get today but this might be caped now - even getting to Tesco and Asda might be unmanageable.

Our tom cats have decided its a sofa day - Treacle managed to evict himself from his box under the coffee table and insisted on lounging on my lap, very clinging

What astonishes me is the advert from Varta (I think) batteries, advertising them as German made! I don't like Varta anyway, they don't seem as good as Energiser or Duracell, but to advertise them as German in this country at the moment has to be madness :eek:

Good Morning all. Everywhere is covered with snow but not terribly deep I don’t think. I may walk to Tesco etc or may go on the bus and even go as far as Chester with my free bus pass

have you got your Thorntons bar from vouchercodes - 2 days left.
Our nearest stores are Stafford or Talke Pits and both will be snowed under this weekend

So on a very cold day I will be doing laundry all day. Trying to dry super king size bedding (inc a down duvet) draped around the furniture,

If I can carry to launderette I could dry it there....
