Savvybuyer wrote: »I then found a further one on the shelves:mad:. Still not all of them - there was another poster elsewhere with more than seven on it but still not the further one on the shelf. I think I have got all of them now:rotfl:.
Famous Grouse and famous last words again:rotfl:. I had not got them all at all earlier - the 1L alcohol bottles at £15 - I now have found an additional one that my first store didn't have. Perhaps I now have them all? I knew, as soon as I saw the one my previous store missed, that I am wrong to think I have ever got all products of a range. I have been wrong in thinking I had everything before so many times and reluctant to say I have and, then, of course, the one occasion I do, I definitely did not have all of them:rotfl:! I do not know even now that I have got all of them and now will not say that I have, even though I probably have:rotfl:. In truth, to be sure that I have every variant and version I would have to visit literally every M before I can say that there is something that M have not got (and, even then, they might have had it at a time other than my visit). In all fairness, I probably have got everything now, although I can never be sure, but it is certainly better than what I had earlier in the day. I am working blind again in my stores without having checked online yet though - we shall see if online has any further ones that my stores missed:rotfl: (I cannot guarantee all are even online, I may have others online doesn't have or online may add more for me:T).
I have go to go out now - people are wanting their food:eek::rotfl:! - no time to say everything from my second store even before I will now see another - however full price SELs again across Aussies: they are off in M.
My earlier store seemed still to have the offers on everything that was due to have ended yesterday except for the Aussies. However, the Danone Light & Free yogurts are still £1 today - at least the one I have scanned is - despite showing full price online. The 750g tomatoes are still £1 according to online - now regular price rather than offer price - I still have £1 showing in my stores but at the moment I am still doubting them over that. Clearly there are some items that are still out in promotional ends etc. that stores haven't got round to moving yet. I have one showing me an offer price but I don't think they are!
Separately, I am still trying to sort the Flash wipes - occasionally I get stuck on a set of items that I keep mentioning, so bear with me or skip the rest of this post. I am now thinking they are each £1 and haven't changed in price. I now think the APG may have got an incorrect price for the lemon wipes as too many of their stores showing £2 full price SEL. I think both versions haven't got up and haven't rolled over either - but have been £1 for several weeks and are currently continuing on that price towards their expiry date of 23rd December as originally planned, despite m.com showing £2 for Antibac., for which the APG currently has £1. I can't see anything instore that would change that price; however this is just my stores. I think each version is £1 until 23rd December - they may continue longer than that and they could always be pulled before that date. I am currently with £1 on antibac. and on lemon and should be satisfied with my stores but I am still questioning what I see. If I see another store...
I shall scream! No, I won't:rotfl: - I shall look at the shelf to see if the store even has either version:mad: and then look to see if they say £1 there too. Of course, all my stores could be wrong:rotfl: but, I hope, with more of them, I might be getting closer to the actual price if all of them are showing it. (Watch me get a £2 in the final place and end up totally not knowing what price they are at all:rotfl::rotfl:.) Of course, the simple solution is to scan at the SS to see (I don't trust answers at the till, whether they are right or wrong - the offers don't always seem to come up on their display so if they told me £2 I would still be thinking "perhaps they are £1" and then, if I distrust them and scan at the SS what they have just told me is £2, sure enough they will be £1! And, if they told me £1 they would expect me to buy them:eek: and I couldn't do that:rotfl:). I was at my scan limit at the last store (couldn't leave a whole load of shopping at SS unfortunately) and something had to be left over and these two items were that.
Anyway, I am now taking someone with me (via a quick pop into third M for a check for now not that many items) to an evening meal, so I can now get them to try the Flash wipes can't I?:D
See you later:wave:.0 -
