May be completely wrong, usually am, but the way I read it, is that the coupons for the yoghurt gave a double discount. enlarged the receipt x 300 to see what it actually said.
In which cash nothing to do with chicken and everything to do with the yoghurt coupons.
Don't stock the yoghurt in my local, either so can't try.
If the transactions on the receipt are in the order they occur, it looks like it's the 2 for £2 that's coming off twice, and if so might be nothing to do with the coupons - the coupons are just a method of payment.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
In which case, the yoghurt is free with a bit of overage with no coupons needed. ETA No it isn't - thanks to Aau for working it out - see his post below.
Mine doesn't stock the grain variety, but I'll try the others late morning tomorrow, and take the coupons with me, I'll go SS and if it doesn't do double discount, I'll try the coupons, worst case scenario then is to get the sale voided.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

Not quite
They are £1.60 each / 2 for £2
The multibuy discount that comes off twice is £1.20 so the cost is 80p before coupons...£1.20 overage after coupons. Even if they only accept 1 moc you'll still have 20p overageApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
The mocs make it profitable but I don't think they cause the multibuy discount to come off twiceSerendipitious wrote: »If the transactions on the receipt are in the order they occur, it looks like it's the 2 for £2 that's coming off twice, and if so might be nothing to do with the coupons - the coupons are just a method of payment.
Thanks for the explanation, told you I was probably wrong
So just buy 2 yoghurts, with or without coupons ?
Have plenty of coupons, just can't get the yoghurts.
Shame I would have to do a 15 mile road-trip to find a store that stocks them, and then usually non in-stock0 -

Now, do they by any chance sell them in Sainsbobs and if so are they included in the double up?
We got one about 25 years ago from a car boot sale, that was when it was only sold in Harrods, replaced it with a Lidl one a couple of years ago, absolutely love it.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Afternoon all - out all day so I've no idea what you have all been up to.
I will get the general moans and complaints out of the way first
MY OH has been in Brum - didn't get his free wontoo Costa coffee, didn't pass Greeggs at 11 for a free Festive bake and didn't go past Thornton's to get the free advent calendar from 0002 - I don't think his is trainable.
But I though was elsewhere and I managed to get my free Costa Coffee. I was in Costa with wi fi and credit card at exactly 11 oclock in readiness for the Voucher codes Wednesday thingy having already decided on what I was getting, registered an account and discovered where I could get free delivered to store. I was loading my basket at 11.03 and then the website went into meltdown and froze  I tweeted vouchercodes with a screen shot of the website down message and they said not to worry as I had already done the activation click then it would still count when the website was up and running again.
But by the time I was back online again the offer had finished - well I can do without new tea towels and pegs anyway ...
My phone point blank refused to open COS inside Mr T so I had to guess what was needed - got the right things for all of the COS except for OH who only has £1 cashback for his happy Down - not free
Came home to find that I needed to go back out to the post office so I thought I would go past the Co-op to get some free breakfast bars with the metro coupons - this C0-0p was not as nice as yesterdays though and insisted on the "one per customer" rule  I did think about hauling OH out of the car but as he was in his PJs (ideally he likes to be in them now by 2.30) his PJs are not for public viewing
They had some Felix cat food in battered boxes which were slightly reduced but I was going to get them anyway (using my student discount card) alongside some boxes of breakfast bars - as they only accepted one MOC, I left them behind so they lost out on £7 of sales
Once home I uploaded one of my COS receipts and it was immediately turned down as the receipt was folded and incomplete even though it was just a small 3 item receipt. Fortunately as they have been going though so quickly I went back to check on progress and found the reject notice so I could upload it again.
Postman has just been at 4.30 in the afternoon, pitch dark and he brought my lovely new Seasalt bag. As he could not get it through the letterbox he decided to leave it on the front windscreen of the car  The car is facing the house so at least its not immediately obvious to anyone walking along the road but it would not normally have been discovered until 6.30 in the morning when OH would be peeling it off his windscreen before he went to work
Other than that I've had a good day“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Beautiful embroidered boots in Primark - reduced from £16 (yesterday) to £6 :j
I ran out of time this morning so I didn't get to Primark. But I saw these boots before on previous Primark visits, so beautiful but a bit impractical and sadly too much heel for me but that would not have stopped me. I would have probably got them anyway for £6 just to look at“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

bumping this up for anyone who missed it this morning
Also the Happy Down - some people have it free and some like my OH only have £1 off
I also checked my Q for freebies
