Confusion is normal.

When working with people going through trauma and loss, we always recommend (and give to them) a note book and pen for people to take notes as it is so hard to connect a to b when their world has collapsed and has been filled with different emotions. It may help x

I'm going for electrolysis at 9 am, then to collect mum and take her with me to the chiropractor, before we go for afternoon tea. Sorry this is what I meant, I have chosen a £1.05 booking but the points aren't showing at booking stage so I haven't gone ahead.
I've registered via the given link for the points and registered on their site, but they still don't show.

I can’t get the 1000 points one to work with GWR...no problem with the 2000 points offer though...
