    I spent all afternoon making the Christmas crackers... Not sure how I have 21 instead of 20 but you never know who will crash dinner :think:

    Yes I went on chat and they created new cards. Numbers show instantly online and they send the cards.

    Try that. It was the one which came in the email. but I needed to register to the site separately, which I did first, and that process also asked for the Nectar number. (I thought I'd already done that on the phone to get the email telling me I had signed up to emails but that seemed to be different.)

    Then I followed advice and used the accessibility booking form. I looked for an advance child ticket and got one for £1.50.

    good luck. It's not the easiest of websites to navigate.

    if the points arrive, and it did say 2004, I may venture out and try again!
    I have never spent so much time trying to figure a deal out
