Well, I just nipped out from work at lunch time and got the Wuntu Malteasers, Shoppmium Robinsons, WH Smiths Christmas Cards and Shopmium Kenco, a Krispy Kreme doughnut, 12 chais from Sainsburys, and free KFC fries. I think that was everything.
I'd sent my husband in the opposite direction for the Honest Kids drinks.0 -
Hello Elite  and Happy Birthday to the birthday girls :bdaycake::bdaycake::bdaycake:
Has anyone else had ...
'You can only have half your money back if you paid by Double Up voucher. There is a note from our Store Manager printed behind the Customer Service desk' ??
I don't like confrontation and said that I had had my full money back last year on a return, but the CS lady was adamant. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, but I didn't have time to wait. Anyone got any suggestions?I think they just make it up as they go along:mad: I was given a cash refund. All I can suggest is to try a different store if you have one nearby, sorry:(I spoke to Nectar on chat and they said should be full cash refund and advise the store to call the nectar support number if they were not aware of this.
Some stores seem to be inventing their own policies, try another store if you can't be bothered to argue?
I wonder how the money works between the stores part of Mr S and the Nectar part of Mr S. I would guess that the store gets the full value of the double up voucher added to its takings and thus the attempt to return half value is just sharp practice?
I have sent them an email to try and get a written response that I can print out and take with me. I have had this response so far..

A couple of weeks ago myself and my husband put in applications to have every other Monday off, thereby reducing our hours by 10%. Mine has just been approved.:T:T
Now every other weekend will feel like a bank holiday!
Very clever idea! So is the plan to have the same Mondays as each other or opposite?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. The only thing is that the cheese sells out very quickly and you might find the shelves empty. But if you are going for other stuff it won't be a wasted journeyTo do is to be. Rousseau
