When we had the glut of mullers - we put them in the freezer. OH has a few each week - he takes the lid off and pops in the microwave for 1 minute and eats... he enjoys them!

I daren't tell him that when I defrosted one properly it separated and did not recover with a good stir... so OH can continue to work his way through them! x
