Sarah, this is the issue I kept having. When you have clicked through your email link you then need to click on the 'accessible booking tool'. This is located at the top of the green section on the left hand side under buy tickets. Do not click on the buy tickets at the very top of the page towards the right hand side.
Then you input your trains etc and remember to select the advance single fair. Hopefully this will resolve your issues. I spent hours trying to figure it out.

It's because I had another one that they must have missed, so checked off ones used. Will use the other one tomorrow
