I decided to keep pandoraskids company so tried to book a ticket, I was going to give her a lift to reading but I just can't do it, surprise surprise!
I've read people saying its how you start that's important so I've tried the link kindly posted on here and also tried going through my email.
When you say start with the box at the top is it the BUY TICKET box or is that where I'm going wrong?

Morning, I believe so, don't go to the buy a ticket go to the green box on the left to input where from and where too, hope that makes sense :)

Yes go through the link on here first then check your emails where you should have one off them mentioning the 2000 points. Go through that to the booking page. Select your journey , some examples further up here and hopefully there should be a mention of nectar points on the right . Obviously make sure you ve put your nectar number in lol. Don't actually pay unless you see the nectar points available.

Don't worry it only took me two hours to book two :eek:

I'm giving up now. Maybe this is the problem I have no mention of 2000 points in my email, only a registration email.
