The GWR offer doesn't have to be on your app, it's available to anyone who subscribes via the link: https://www.gwr.com/destinations-and-events/email-subscribe-offer

It's worked, thanks so much. Hubby's brand new nectar card now has a balance of 2002 points. :j

Anyone else having problems booking a child ticket, you need to click on the 'accessible booking tool' which is located at the top of the green section on the left hand side of the screen, under Buy Train Tickets. Hope this makes sense.

I thought child tickets weren't showing the offer when you booked?

    Many thanks

TBH Anon I had an absolute nightmare with this offer. The first trip I booked didn't give me the extra 2000 points ( so I wasted £1.50). I then managed to go via the email link again and played around with the website for over an hour trying to figure it out, as others had said they managed to book child tickets.
Have yiu now managed to book something now?

Oh I remember that I had not long “joined”. Not sure if we have only lost him and Sal. It’s hard to keep track. Mr 3dogs may have been before my time but was often mentioned.

Mr 3dogs was 6 years ago this Summer just gone.

I remember pictures of him wearing funny hats. Hope Mrs 3dogs is doing ok.

I've decided the time and aggravation isn't worth it for this one!
