There is reference to standard return conditions applying but these don't say anything about nectar points funded purchases let alone double up voucher purchases.

You are supposed to get the full double up value on a gift card. The trouble is that most of the sales assistants don’t know what they are doing. I had three of them last week saying that I could only have half value back but I held my ground and asked for them to check with someone else and eventually they spoke to the right person and I got double up value back.

I managed to book my train ticket with the 2000 points showing after about an hour but when I do hubby's I can see the 2000points offer like I did on mine :mad: so annoying .
